No-Bake Brownies (Mocha Graham Cracker Brownies)
(Serve in small squares – very rich.)
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar
2 Tablespoons instant coffee
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine walnuts, crumbs, and confectioners’ sugar in mixing bowl.
Heat coffee, chocolate chips, and evaporated milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Reserve 1/2 cup chocolate mixture.
Mix rest of chocolate with crumb mixture and pour into well-buttered 9-inch square pan.
Spread reserved chocolate over top to glaze.
