NO BRAINER CHICKEN
1 lb. frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts (do not thaw!)
2 (15-oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (10-oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 cup frozen corn
Fresh chopped cilantro
In a 3-qt or larger slow cooker, combine chicken, beans, tomatoes and corn. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Garnish with cilantro and sour cream.
NOTE: To make less spicy, use one can of mild chili tomatoes and 1 can of regular tomatoes.
