Noodle Casserole (Microwave)

3 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
6-1/2 oz can tuna or 2 cups cooked meat
1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Bring 4 cups of water, 1 Tbsp cooking oil and 1 tsp salt to full boil in 3-quart covered glass dish for 6 to 10 minutes on High. Stir in noodles and cover. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on Medium (Simmer) or until tender. Drain. Rinse with hot water and set aside.

Place margarine, onion and celery in 2-quart dish. Cook 3 minutes on High or until partly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients except chips. Sprinkle with crushed chips; microwave 8 to 10 minutes on Medium High (Roast) or heat through. Let stand 5 minutes. About 4 servings. May use ham, pork, tuna, chicken, or turkey.
