Tonight I had baked wild Alaskan salmon with a macadamia nut crust (really easy to do) and smoked gouda mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus briefly marinated in a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, lightly salted. Yum!
This Sounds Terrific. I would love the recipe’s if anyone has them.
