Nutty Carmel Squares

1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 c butter
1/2 c sugar
4 Snickers Bars, chopped
2 T buter
2 T milk
1/2 c shredded coconut
few dorps almond extract

Blend flour salt and baking soda.

In a large bowl, cream 1/3 c butter and sugar.
Sprinkle flour mixture over creamed mixture. Stir until crumbly.
Reserve 1/2 c crumbs. Press remaining crumbs on bottom of buttered 9" square pan.

Bake 350° 12 minutes or till light brown.

In small saucepan, combine candy, 2 T butter and milk. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in coconut and extract. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over baked crumb mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.

Bake 12 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
Cool. Cut into squares.
