October Cocktails

Here are a couple classics to enjoy as we finish of October. Cheers!

Death in the Afternoon

3 parts Champagne
½ part Pernod Absinthe

Add Pernod Absinthe into a chilled champagne flute. Add iced champagne until absinthe attains proper opaqueness.

Loch Loman

1 ½ oz. Chivas 12 yo
¾ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. Passionfruit Puree
1/3 oz. Gomme Syrup

Shake and strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with saffron strands.
