Oil Patch Potatoes

8 large - Potatoes, peeled and cut in large chunks
1 large - Onion, sliced and separated into rings
3/4 cup - Celery, chopped
3 or 4 - Jalapeno peppers, diced
1 stick - Butter
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
1 cup - Cheese, grated

Place potatoes and onions in large piece of heavy foil.
Add onion, celery and peppers.
Slice butter over top.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Top with cheese and fold foil tightly.
Cook on grill 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Or it may be cooked in casserole in a 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
