Old South Beef Vegetable Soup On A String

1 pound ground beef 95% fat free
2 large cans Vegall
1 chopped medium yellow onion
3 ribs chopped celery chopped celery
1 large can tomatoes crushed or 3 very ripe fresh tomatoes or 1 cup V8 juice
1 small can kernel corn
1 cup frozen cut okra
About 6-8 low salt beef bullion cubes Tabasco or black pepper to taste.

Brown ground beef and drain any fat off. Add Vegall, chopped onion, chopped celery, crushed tomatoes or V8 juice small can kernel corn. Add beef bullion cubes really to your taste.

Add enough water to cover this mixture, bring to a boil cut to simmering until done. About 10 minutes before done add the cut frozen okra.

The reason I call it on a string is because when money was tight I use to fix this but I would use the regular ground beef as it was less expensive back in the early 90’s and believe it was very good on a very cold day.
