Olive Garden Fettucine Alfredo

If anyone can help me out that would be great. I love fettucine and Olive Gardens seems to be one of the best I’ve had.

Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Note:
How to get that taste. Let the sauce simmer as long as you can!

Ingredients:
1 pint of Heavy Cream
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Garlic powder

Preparation:
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes on low. You may wish to season with a little salt and pepper. This can also be done with half and half, but don’t try it with plain milk.

Thanx for the recipe I will definately try this.

This is the way my grandmother’s rcipe came over from italy with her

85 years ago! From her little village in Caserata, Italy. I hope you enjoy

this. I cook it frequently for family & friends. You can freeze any leftover

sauce you do not use. Thaw it first before using it at a later date!
