Olive Garden Sambuca Chocolate Fudge Sauce
This is the world’s best and easiest chocolate fudge sauce.
It hardens on ice cream and is also great as a dipping sauce for fruit.

8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
8 Tbsp Sweet butter
2 Tbsp Sambuca liqueur or strong espresso coffee
In a sauce pan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.
Add the Sambuca (or espresso coffee) and stir.
Pour over ice cream and let harden.
