One-Pot Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add: 12 oz. Linguini ~ Boil 7 minutes

Gradually add:

2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup - 1" pieces fresh asparagus (can use frozen)

Cook - 2 minutes

Gradually add:

2 cups sliced zuchhini
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup frozen peas

Cook 3 minutes longer

In a large bowl put:

3/4 cup half & half
3/4 cup Parmesean cheese
3 tsp. butter
3/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

Drain pasta and vegetables well. Toss to coat with cream mixture. Serve at once.

Yields 4 servings
