Onion Glazed Pork Chops and Rice Casserole
1-1/2 cups Instant Rice
1 (10-oz,) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4-oz. can Mushroom Stems and Pieces with juice
1-1/2 cups Milk
1 package Onion Soup Mix
6 thick cut Pork Chops
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11x7x2" baking dish anyway the one size down from a 13x9x2" baking dish, with non-stick coating.
Combine rice, mushroom soup, mushrooms with juice and milk. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. onion soup mix over the top evenly. Arrange Pork Chops on top of casserole ingredients. Arrange pork chops over top of casserole ingredients, sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Remove cover last 10 minutes of baking time.
