Onion Herb Puffs
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
1 tsp. ground mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup flour
1/3 cup parsley
1/4-1/2 cup chopped gren onions
In a large sauce pan, bring water, butter, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms.
Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. Add eggs; one at a time, beating well after each one. Continue beating until smooth and shiny.
Add parsley and onions; mix well
Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake @ 400 for 18-20 minutes.
Cut a slit in each one to allow steam to escape; bake 5 minutes longer.
Makes 18 rolls
