Orange-Dijon Garlic Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts
Marinade
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
Combine marinade ingredients; season with salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from marinade and grill on a hot grill until cooked throughout.
