Orange-Glazed Carrots
(4 servings)
3 tbsp orange juice
1-1/2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter
6 cloves
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups hot cooked sliced carrots
Chopped fresh parsley
Combine orange juice, sugar, butter, cloves and salt in saucepan. Cook until butter is melted and sauce is hot. Remove and discard the cloves. Pour mixture over carrots and serve garnished with parsley.
