Oregon Hazelnut Energy Balls

 1/2           cup  peanut butter
 1/3           cup  honey
 3/4           cup  dry milk
 1/4           cup  grated Cheddar cheese

1 cup Muesli
1 cup Oregon hazelnuts – chopped

Mix together peanut butter, honey, dry milk, cheese and Muesli; let rest for 5 minutes and roll into approximately 20 1-inch balls. Roll in chopped Oregon hazelnuts.
