Oreo Cookie Cake
1 15-oz pkg Oreos
1 stick margarine, melted
1 8-oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 lg tub cool whip
1 lg box chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c milk
Crush cookies until coarse crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. To the
rest, add melted margarine. Mix well and press into 9x13 pan. Cream the
cheese and add powdered sugar. Beat well. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip.
Spread the mixture on top of crust. Let chill 30 minutes. Mix pudding
and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture and chill one hour. Top
with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Chill one hour
before serving.
