Oriental One Pot Chicken
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup cooking wine
1 lb snow peas
1/4 cup oil
1 cup almonds, broken
Mix ginger, honey and cornstarch together, blend in the water, soy sauce and cooking wine. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the nuts and cook until just tender, add the chicken and cook until meat is white. Pour in liquid mixture, cook until sauce thickens. Add snow peas and sauté until tender. Serve with white or brown rice.
