Overnight Waffles

OVERNIGHT WAFFLES

Dissolve 1 pkg. yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add
1 cup evaporated milk,
1cup warm water,
1 tsp. sugar,
1 tsp. salt,
1/4 lb. melted butter and
2 cups of flour

Cover and let sit overnight un-refrigerated.

The next morning add
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. soda

Bake in your waffle iron.
