PAN-FRIED OR OVEN-BAKED BREADED FISH

2 good sized fillets per person
1 lb. finely ground pecans
Onion powder - to taste
Salt and pepper - to taste
OR Lemon pepper - to taste

Combine pecans and seasoning in plastic bag; add fish; coat well. Pan-fry or bake until done. NO FLOUR - NO STARCH!!
