PANKO OVEN CRISPY FRIES
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
3 large baking potatoes
1-2 cups buttermilk
2 cups panko crumbs
1/2 tsp cajun spice seasoning
salt
melted butter to drizzle
Preheat oven to 375°. Cut each potatoes in 8 wedges lengthwise. Put in a bowl and pour buttermilk over. Set aside.
Add cajun spices to panko. Dip buttermilk soaked potatoes into panko crumbs. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan coated with some of the olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Turn them halfway through baking time and drizzle more olive oil on them. Remove from pan onto a serving platter, drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
