Parm Chops

PARM CHOPS

4 each Pork chops
1/2 cup Flour
2 each Eggs, beaten
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp Butter

1 Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
2 Dip chops in flour, then in egg, then dredge in bread crumb mixture.
3 Melt butter in a large skillet and brown chops.
4 Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.
5 Remove cover and continue cooking till chops are completely cooked.
6 Season with salt and pepper; serve with lemon and butter noodles
