Parmeasan Noodles

This is a really easy but quick side dish - I make often and my husband seems to like. I have no real measurements for it - just kind of make it however most of the time.

I cook egg noodles and drain, to that I add lots of butter, a bit of garlic salt, a bit of olive oil, black pepper and plenty of parmeasan cheese, and heat until the cheese is melted onto the noodles. I usually taste it a time or two to make sure I have enough garlic, pepper or parmeasan in it. It seems to go good with steak, bbq ribs, or pork chops for a change of pace.

This is a delicious and easy side to make.
Sometimes I throw in some cooked chicken breast and broccoli and it becomes a yummy main dish too!
