Parmesan dijon chicken


¾ cup dried bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 chicken breast halves (about 1½ lbs)

Preheat over to 375°. Combine crumbs and cheese in a plastic bag. Combine butter and mustard in bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then crumbs. Bake, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes; turning once.
