Party Cheese Wreath
16 oz. Cream cheese, softened
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
dash red pepper
1 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese with mixer on medium speed until well
blended. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Place drinking
glass in center of a serving platter. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture to
form a ring around the glass, just touching the outer edge, smooth with spatula.
Remove glass. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper. Serve with crackers.
