Pasta and Eggs

1 3/4 ounces liquid or frozen whole egg
OR
1 large California Fresh Egg
1/4 teaspoon basil – dried
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese – grated
1 cup linguine – cooked
OR
1 cup spaghetti – cooked

Mix egg with basil and Parmesan cheese.

Add cooked noodles and stir until well coated.

Place in omelet pan or on grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until egg is set and noodles are lightly browned.

Serve with fresh basil leaves and extra grated Parmesan.
