Pasta Ncasciata

I just ran across this recipe. I am interested in making it, but something weird. I tried Googling to get a feel for the recipe but am getting lost.

So far, I have found recipes using ground beef, ground veal, chicken livers, and vegetarian. I can’t see such a difference in ingredients for the same recipe. There has to be one original recipe. I mean a Red Velvet cake is a Red Velvet cake.

Oooohh … that’s one argument, I would not want to get into, with a Sicilian!!
