Caesar Chicken Pasta
Pasta in a light Caesar sauce topped with crisp, browned croutons.

7 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried penne pasta
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups Caesar-seasoned croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except croutons and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add cooked pasta; stir to combine.

Spoon pasta mixture into ungreased 2-quart round casserole. Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and croutons are golden brown.

Makes 6 (1 1/4-cup) servings

Cheeseburger Macaroni

1/2 lb. ground beef
2-1/4 cups water
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard (optional)
2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add water, catsup and mustard.
Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce
heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8
to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.

Makes 6 servings

Chili Spaghetti

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) kidney beans, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (5 ounces)

Cook spaghetti as directed on package. While spaghetti is cooking, cook beef and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain.

Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt, breaking up tomatoes. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until as thick as you’d like.

Drain spaghetti; divide among dinner plates. Top with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
