Pasta stuffed Peppers

Just had these for supper.

3/4 cup tiny pasta
1 cup chopped peeled seeded tomatoes
1 cup crumbled feda cheese
2 green onions chopped
1/3cup chopped fresh mint or 3tsp dried mint
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
pinch black pepper
4 green or other bell peppers
2tsp.lemon juice

Cook pasta,drain,chill under cold water.
Toss with tomatoes,feta cheese,onions,mint,pepper,and 3 tbs.olive oil.
Cut tops off peppers,scoop out seeds and ribs,stuff with pasta mix.
Place up right in 8 inch square baking dish.
Pour lemon juice,1/3 cup water,and remaining oil around peppers.
Cover,bake 375 oven for 55 minutes.Uncover and bake till tender.
Add more water if necessary,1/4 cup liquid should remain at end of baking.
Transfer to serving platter,spoon juices into peppers.
