Pasta with Herbed Cream Sauce

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. half and half or milk
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
Your fav. cooked hot pasta
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Add half & half or milk, chicken broth, Italian Herb Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens which is about 5 minutes.

Serve over hot cooked pasta, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.

Makes 2 1/2 cups of Sauce.
