Pasta with Roasted Peppers
1 28-ounce jar RagÃº Hearty Pasta Sauce
1 7-ounce jar roasted red peppers – drained and chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 16-ounce package rotini – cooked and drained
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium saucepan, simmer sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Add peppers, parsley and crushed red pepper. Spoon sauce over hot pasta. Toss to coat well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
