this ones a good one u probably had not heard about -

it’s a mexican dish that is the equivalent to a lasagna in the way it’s made, but obviously has latin ingredients replacing the typical italian ingredients. So basically, the pasta gets replaced with tortillas, the tomato sauce gets mixed in with smashed black beans as opposed to cream, add some red and green peppers on there, stick to ground beaf or chicken, keep the cheese, and then layer it all together like you would a lasagna. then, bake.
