patty melts

nothing fancy tonight -

patty melts - ground round seasoned with minced onion, minced parsely, minced garlic, cracked black pepper, kosher salt and a few spoons of tomato soup (undiluted), skillet-fried in olive oil and garlic (yes - more garlic) and thin sliced onions (I make nice thick patties!!)

served on sliced rye, topped with Swiss, Monterey Jack and pimiento cheeses, top each sandwich with fried onions

served with tomato soup and relish tray: sweet midgies, dill spears, stuffed green olives, black olives, peperoncini, pickled cauliflower
