Peach French Toast

1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 T. water 1 ( 29 oz. ) can sliced peaches, drained 12 slices day old french bread 5 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 T. vanilla cinnamon
In a saucepan bring brow sugar butterand water to a boil. Reduce heat simmer for ten minutes stirring occasionally. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan, top with peaches. Arrange bread slices over top. In a bowl whisk eggs, milk and vanilla Pour evenly over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.Uncover and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until bread is golden brown.
