2 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 bananas, sliced
2 cans apricots in heavy syrup, drained and sliced
1 large can crushed Pineapple (including juice)
1 Package Frozen Strawberries (approximately 14-16 oz.), drained and sliced
1 1/2 cups Peach Schnapps or other fruit liquor (if desired)
Boil sugar and water until syrupy
Pour hot syrup over bananas and fold gently (this seals bananas so they don’t discolor).
Banana/syrup mixture with apricots, pineapple, and strawberries.
Add Liquor (if desired) and gently stir
Place 12-15 small plastic beverage glasses on a large cookie sheet.
Ladle fruit mixture into cups.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Thaw about half-way before serving
