Peanut Butter Banana Pie
1 frozen 9-inch [23-cm] pie shell 15 large white marshmallows 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk 1/2 cup [125 mL] smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup [125 mL] whipping cream 2 medium bananas 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped unsalted peanuts Lemon juice Bake pie shell according to packaging directions. Into a saucepan, over medium heat, melt marshmallows in milk stirring. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Leave mixture to cool to room temperature. Whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold in peanut butter mixture. Slice 1 of the bananas in the pie shell. Sprinkle banana slices with half [1/4 cup / 60 mL] of chopped unsalted peanuts. Pour in marshmallow peanut butter mixture. Chill until set, for approximately 3 hours. Just before serving, slice remaining banana; dip slices into lemon juice. Top pie with banana slices;sprinkle all over with remaining chopped unsalted peanuts.
