Peanut Butter Chip and Marshmallow Chocolate Crispies
•4 Tbsp. butter, softened
•1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
•8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
•6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
•3/4 cup peanut butter chips
Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Melt the softened butter in a large saucepan on low heat; add marshmallows and cook, while stirring until melted, about 6 to 8 minutes. Add chocolate and cook while stirring, until melted, about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately fold in the Rice Krispies and peanut and butter chips until evenly mixed. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish, allow to completely cool, about 15 minutes. Then cut into desired size squares.
