Peanut Butter Crunchies

1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
12 oz peanut butter
4 cups special K cereal

Over medium heat bring to a boil the sugar and Karo. Make sure all sugar has been dissolved. Add 12 ounces of peanut butter, stir until mixed well. Remove from heat and add 4 cups cereal. Drop by spoon fulls on wax paper or aluminum foil. Cool for about 30 minutes and place in sealable container.
