Peanut Butter Maple Granola Bars
1/3 c. butter, softened
c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. pancake syrup
2 1/2 c.Honey Graham Crunch cereal, coarsely crushed
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Heat oven to 350F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and syrup until blended and smooth. Stir in cereal, oats, and raisins.
Press mixture into prepared pan; bake for 25 minutes or until center is firm.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Spread over warm bars. Cool completely.
Lift bars out of pan with foil; cut into squares.
