Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge

1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup bite size Marshmallows
1/2 Cup smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Combine the sugars, salt and milk in a large saucepan. Set the pan on a medium heat and stir until the sugar is melted. Continue cooking until the soft ball stage or 240 on a candy thermometer. To test without a thermometer, spoon a drop of the mixture into cold water. If it forms a soft ball, it is ready.

Remove from the heat. Now add the marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until blended. pour into a buttered 9" square pan. When cool, cut into squares.
