Peanut Butter-Pecan Surprise Pie
From Jif Peanut Butter
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
1-1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup English toffee bits
1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish crust, thawed
1/2 cup pecan halves

In a large bowl, mix together sugar and eggs.

Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well.

Stir in chopped peanuts, chocolate chips and toffee bits.

Pour entire mixture into pie crust.

Arrange pecans on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until puffed
And beginning to brown around the edges. -
Allow to cool at least 1 hour. If desired, serve with a dollop of
Fat-free whipped topping or vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream.
