Peanut Butter Sauce

1 (14-oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter; cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts, vanilla and cinnamon.

Serve warm over ice cream or with apples. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes about 2 cups.

To Reheat: In small heavy saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat, stir constantly until heated through.

Microwave: In 1-quart glass measure, combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Cook on 100% power (high) 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Proceed as above.
