PEAS EPICUREAN

Ingredients:

1 box (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked and drained
4 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 of a small onion, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 T. flour
1 c. heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown bacon with onion. Add flour, mix well, then add cream,
stirring constantly until it thickens and is smooth. Add mushrooms
and seasonings. Add peas and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
