Peking Pork Chops TNT

*6 pork chops, about 1-in. thick
•1/4 cup brown sugar ((( I used 1/2 cup brown sugar)))
•1 tsp. ground ginger
•1/2 cup soy sauce
•1/4 cup ketchup
•1 - 2 cloves garlic, mashed
•salt & pepper, to taste

•*I have used pork loin, chicken breast, steak and its great on all !

  1. Trim excess fat from pork chops.
  2. Place pork chops in crockpot.
  3. Combine brown sugar, ground ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, salt & pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.
  5. Cook, covered, on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender.
  6. Season with: salt & pepper (optional)
