Pennsylvania Dutch Filling

5 lbs. Potatoes, peeled.
half stalk celery(less if you want)
1 large onion,minced
**Sautee onion and celery in a stick of butter.
6 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Mash potatoes/add more butter/ and milk
*make the consistency kind of thick
Add bread cubes till thicker.
(a loaf cubed)

Put slices of butter on top of Filling,Add pepper to top if desired.
Bake 350 for about an hour
