Peppered Pork Roast

2 pounds boneless Armour Trim & Tender Pork Roast (2 to 4 pounds)
1 teaspoon garlic pepper (1 to 2 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (1 to 2 teaspoons) – crushed

Coat roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary. Place roast in a shallow pan in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, until meat thermometer inserted registers 155 degrees F. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.
