4 ribeye steaks, 1 1/2-inches thick
1 1/2 T. cracked black pepper
1 t. salt
Press cracked pepper into both sides of steaks. Refrigerate about 1 hour for meat to absorb flavor. Then, sprinkle with salt and broil 8 minutes per side for rare, 9 - 1 minutes for medium, 11 - 14 minutes for well done.
