Peppermint Charlotte

1 1/2 cups light half and half
2 packages unflavored gelatin
1 package Bob’s Peppermint sticks
1 (8 ounce) bowl Cool Whip

Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of half and half. Melt candy in 1 cup half and half over low heat stirring occasionally. When candy has melted, add gelatin and mix well. Let stand until syrupy and thick. Add Cool Whip and place in the refrigerator.
It is delicious!!!
