Pepperoni Pizza Bread


2 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 T. baking powder
½ t. garlic salt
¼ t. Italian seasoning
¼ t. pepper
2 large eggs
1 c. milk
¼ c. olive oil
½ c. pepperoni slices, diced
½ c. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 c. shredded pizza blend cheese or mozzarella

Heat oven to 350* F. Spray loaf pan. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and pepper. Whisk eggs, milk, olive oil until blended; stir in pepperoni, tomatoes and cheese. Make a well in dry ingredients; stir until just moistened. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tests done. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to rack to cool.

FOR MUFFINS: Spoon ¼ c. into each cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12.
