Pesto Seasoned Mushrooms

PESTO SEASONED MUSHROOMS

6-8 Servings

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package fresh mushrooms-sliced
1 (3.5-ounce) package shiitake mushrooms-stems discarded-left whole
1 tablespoon Classico Creations™ Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
1 loaf French baguette

Directions:
In nonstick skillet, cook and stir mushrooms about 10 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat; stir in pesto. Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices. Broil or grill bread on both sides until golden brown. To serve, spoon mushrooms onto bread.
